COVID-19 UPDATE

All prices include delivery or shipping costs. The product will either be fulfilled by standard mail, or curbside delivery. You may also choose contactless pick-up if you're around the Yonge/College or Union Station area. 

By Mail
You will receive a confirmation that it has been shipped. Tracking is not available at this time. The processing time with delivery is approximately 5-8 days within Ontario and 7-10 days in Canada. We're unable to have a precise estimate on when you will receive your product, but please be patient!

Crubside Drop-Off
We will notify you once your order is placed if we will be dropping your order off to you if you are in the Toronto Core or GTA. If you are within our range, we will notify you via phone or email when we will drop it off. If you would like to know in advance if you're eligible for curbside drop-off, feel free to contact us. Drop-offs will be arranged within a week. 

Please be patient with us as we process orders and as our Canada Post workers deliver your items! If you do not receive your order within 2 weeks of the processing day in the mail, let us know!

Contactless Pick-Ups
We are offering pick-ups for those close to the Yonge/College and Union Stations area. Next Day Yonge/College pick-ups will happen outside the Starbucks. Union Station pick-ups will be available only on Fridays, at Front and Bay St - outside the RBC Plaza building. We will reach out to you with a time that works best for both of us.

Milo's goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. We want you to be completely swagged out!

Our standard shipping option is $3 to United States, Canada, Australia, Europe, and Asia, and $10 to anywhere else. 

The time it takes an order to reach you is split into two parts:

Processing Time

This includes order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging.

It generally takes around 2 - 4 business days before the order is shipped out.

Shipping Time

This is the time it takes from the time we send out your package. 

United States: 10-20 business days

Australia: 10-30 business days

Canada, UK & Europe: 10-30 business days

 This does not include weekends and holidays, which do not count as business days.
